Summary:

                    Reporting to projects manager. Responsible for facilities site construction control,                               construction methods and technology, and constructability analysis support to                                     engineering management. Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing and                                 executing broadly defined assignments. Independently plans, develops and executes                       large and technically complex construction solutions and/or assignments with                                     administrative supervision. Consults with Engineer Manager and other experts                                   concerning unusual problems. Work requires extensive and comprehensive                                       knowledge in areas of expertise. Technically supervises the work of discipline                                     engineers by providing advice and assistance in area of expertise

Requisitos

Expected education and experience:

Bachelors, with Masters or PHD in engineering.

20+ years in the activity or equivalent level of experience.  

·         Skills: 

­       Knowledge of engineering and construction principles, standards and practices as applicable to a wide range of complex problems

­       Technical insight and judgment to advise other engineers on solutions to unusual problems. 

­       Ability to use advanced techniques and modify precepts and practices to meet novel requirements.

  Applies advanced theories and develops new methods.

  Plans, evaluates and recommends solutions for difficult problems.

­  Establish standards of performance and quality of work.
