           Summary:

Reporting to procurement/proposals coordinator. Responsible for equipment and critical material acquisitions, including shop fabrication and modularization follow up, expediting and delivery control. Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing and executing broadly defined assignments. Independently plans, develops and executes large and technically complex engineering projects and/or assignments with administrative supervision. Consults with engineer manager and other experts concerning unusual problems. Work requires extensive and comprehensive knowledge in areas of expertise. Technically supervises the work of discipline engineers by providing advice and assistance in area of expertise.

Requisitos

·         Expected education and experience:

­       Bachelors, with Masters or PHD in engineering or project management.

­       5+ years in the activity or equivalent level of experience.  

·         Skills: 

­       Work requires extensive and comprehensive knowledge in areas of expertise, application of standard procedures and practices.

­       Technical insight and judgment to advise other engineers on solutions to unusual problems. 

­       Applies advanced theories and develops new methods.

­       Plans, evaluates and recommends solutions for difficult problems.

­       Establish standards of performance and quality of work. 

­       Monitor, measure and trend established quality standards of performance.
